1. Please send your image to us via Etsy message for us to create into your unique line art work

2. Please state any message you wish to feature on the back of your mug (Please select 1 side image, 1 side text)

3. Sit back + wait for your proof to come via Etsy message!

THE PROCESS

Your order will begin to be processed as soon as the order is made by yourself!

Your mug will be printed, sublimated, packaged with care and dispatched within the estimated time frame given (please see your confirmation email for this)

If any mistakes are made by the customer (eg. select the wrong option), I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours of the order being placed, I will assume all is correct and the order will be completed.

I will always do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your print or service for any reason at all, please send me a message and I will always do my best to work things out for you. 

If an error of purchase is made by the customer, please note that the customer will pay for postage charges for an exchange/refund to be processed. If I happen to dispatch incorrectly for any reason, please do contact me and of course I will work with you to resolve this and get your order to you as soon as possible :)

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note all products in my store are subject to different dispatch times due to differing product complexities and time to produce. Please REFER to MAIN LISTING for estimated dispatch time. (After purchase: Please see your order confirmation email).

Packaging - Your mug will be packaged with care in a "smash proof" mug box to ensure it's safe delivery to you. Coaster and Mug Gift sets will be sent as a gift set in a secure packaging box with shredded paper and foam for protective packaging.

 ***Dispatch time during busier periods (eg. November and December) may be extended so please refer to your order details for your individual estimated dispatch date as this may change in accordance to the current demand.

 All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class unless upgraded delivery is purchased and applies (please note this is not available on all products in my shop) . Once dispatched, delivery should take 3-5 working days. Delays within the postal service are possible and we take no responsibility for these delays in you receiving your order. Proof of postage is always available upon request. 

NO returns or refunds will be given under any circumstances for personalised items which have been created and/or dispatched to the customer.
