THE PROCESS

Your order will begin to be processed as soon as the order is made. If any mistakes are made by the customer (eg. you realize you have sent duplicate mages on accident), I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. If I do not hear from you after the order has been placed, I will assume information is correct and will be printed as appear in your order. Once your magnets are marked as dispatched, no refunds will be given. To correct your mistakes after dispatch, a further purchase will be required. If any errors are made at the fault of the creator, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible - please message me to resolve this should this occur.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note all products in my store are subject to different dispatch times due to differing product complexities and time to produce. Please REFER to MAIN LISTING for estimated dispatch time.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class unless upgraded delivery is purchased and applies (please note this is not available on all products in my shop) . Once dispatched, delivery should take 3-5 working days. Delays within the postal service are possible and we take no responsibility for these delays in you receiving your order. Proof of postage is always available upon request.
