THE PROCESS

Your order will begin to be processed as soon as the order is made. If any mistakes are made by the customer (eg. you realize you have sent duplicate mages on accident), I ask that the customer please messages me ASAP to amend the order. If I do not hear from you after the order has been placed, I will assume all images sent are the required images to be printed (even if there are duplicates, these will be printed). Once your magnets are marked as dispatched, no refunds will be given. To correct your mistakes after dispatch, a further purchase will be required. If any errors are made at the fault of the creator, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible - please message me to resole this should this occur.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note all products in my store are subject to different dispatch times due to differing product complexities and time to produce. Please REFER to MAIN LISTING for estimated dispatch time.

Packaging - Packaged in a water resistant cello wrap, your puzzle will be protected should any water spill during transit. All orders are sent in a protective cardboard envelope to prevent bending during transit.

-----> Gift Wrapping is available at an additional charge at checkout. Gift wrapping service includes a beautiful covering of quality kraft paper and finishes with an aesthetic bow and ribbon. An addition of a birthday card (miscellaneous) is also included with this additional purchase at the checkout.

***Dispatch time during busier periods (eg. November and December) may be extended so please refer to your order details for your individual estimated dispatch date as this may change in accordance to the current demand.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class unless upgraded delivery is purchased and applies (please note this is not available on all products in my shop) . Once dispatched, delivery should take 3-5 working days. Delays within the postal service are possible and we take no responsibility for these delays in you receiving your order. Proof of postage is always available upon request.

NO returns or refunds will be given under any circumstances for personalised items which have been created and/or dispatched to the customer.
